Sophie's last kidz club

Sadly, Sophie (right)is returning to the UK - recession and all that... so we made ATC's and traded them...and we had kiddie champagne and chocolate chip cakes for break.

and here are the ATC's we made courtesy of a technique nicked from Dyan (Art from the heart) Reaveley. Thanks Dyan x

Gotta go - shop to open, class to teach - continuation of a mini book started last week. maybe photos later.
Bye for now Sue xx

what a change!

Well, what a change in the weather. Today woke up to grey skies and chilly and it has rained and been generally miserable all day. Put a sweater back on....

and, checked the blogs of those I had tagged and Dyan took up the challenge so go and visit her on her blog -click on websites to visit under Dylan's blog - well worth a visit...

and they do say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery so here's a photo of some of the projects I have taught with Dyan's inspiration and Blonde Moments products. I hope you approve Dyan!

Off to have a shower now as I am going out to celebrate a friend's birthday with a meal at the restaurant my lovely Wednesday girl Ellen's parents own. You will find Ellen on this blog several times if you look! She is the one in the grey tracksuit doing some stamping.

Bye for now

My first blog award!!!

A big sincere thank you to my lovely and very talented friend Tanya tanyawatts.blogspot.com from Belgium for this blog award.

The rules:
1. The winner may put the logo on their blog
2. Put a link to the person who sent you the award
3. Nominate 5 blogs for the award

I have to pass it on to five other blogs so here goes...drum roll...

first is Lin Brown http://yoursartfully.blogspot.com/ who I have known for a number of years and is always such an inspiration

second is Leandra Franich http://paperartsy.co.uk/blog/blog.html whose stamps I just love

third is Dyan Reaveley http://dyan-reaveley.blogspot.com/ from Art from the Heart and who gives the most wonderful classes and is such fun

fourth is the Kathryn Wheel http://thekathrynwheel.blogspot.com who is another very talented lady and she loves chocolate so she has got to be OK!!!

last but not least Linda Cain http://cain81art.blogspot.com/whose blog I read regularly and who is another great source of inspiration.

So much creativity in these 5 blogs - and these 5 ladies all so nice that I feel so undeserving amongst all this talent. Do visit their blogs - you will find so much inspiration.
Bye with love and hugs
Sue
